The year 2024 was another challenging one for the global economy, but Pronar once again proved that it is capable of facing even the toughest challenges. During a formal year-end ceremony, at the company’s headquarters in Narew, numerous guests – including representatives of state and local authorities – had the opportunity to learn not only about the company’s achievements in 2024, but also about ambitious plans for the future.

Event was attender, among other, by Czesław Siekierski – Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Stefan Krajewski – Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Jacek Brzozowski – Voivode of Podlaskie. In their speeches, the guests emphasized the importance of PRONARs activities for the development of the region and the national economy. Minister Siekierski expressed his appreciation for the advanced technologies used by PRONAR and emphasized the role played by local production in building the country’s economic stability.

The CEO of PRONAR – Sergiusz Martyniuk – summarized the past twelve months, highlighting the most important investments. Expansion of the PRONAR Exhibition Cenre, launch of most world’s modern wheels factory or redevelopment of heating systems are just a small part of implemented projects. All those initiatives are aimed at further strengthening PRONAR’s position as a world leather in the agricultural, municipal and recycling industry.

The expanded range of recycling machinery, introduced in 2024, like jaw crushers and scalpers, is a proof that PRONAR is considering the future from the perspective of global challenges. Those machines are useful in redeveloping infrastructure, what makes them an invaluable tool in the times of global crises.

A remarkable moment of the ceremony was the honouring of the company’s most distinguished employees with the awards for merits in social activities and badges “Zasłużony dla Rolnictwa”. Awards were presented by Minister Czesłąw Siekierski, Podlasie Voivode Jacek Brzozowski and PRONAR’S CEO Sergiusz Martyniuk. Those awards recognize the great commitment and contribution of the employees to the development of the company and local community.

The ceremony ended in a unique atmosphere – the Pronar Choir performed a concert of carols, putting everyone in a festive mood.It was not only a moment to summarise achievements, but also an opportunity to reflect on plans for the coming years.

PRONAR is not resting on its laurels. As Sergiusz Martyniuk pointed out, in the coming year company intents to continue investing in modern technology and to expand its product range, adapting it to the changing needs for the world market. “Our activities always go beyond temporary needs – we are thinking far ahead and invest in the future!” – emphasized the PRONAR’s CEO.

Thanks to its innovative approach and the commitment of its employees, Pronar looks to the future with optimism, staying ready to face further challenges and strengthen its position as an industry leader. 2024 has proven that the Narew-based company is not only a technological force but also a role model for other companies in Poland and Europe.
